First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested whether a hand hygiene workshop using a special fluorescence device could improve how well primary school students wash their hands. 148 students from two schools in Spain took part. One school got the workshop and device feedback, while the other continued as usual. Researchers checked hand cleanliness right away, and again after 1, 3, and 6 months.
