Move to learn: can School-Day exercise fight teen brain drain?
NCT ID NCT07427329
Summary
This study is testing whether adding physical activity into the school day can help reduce mental tiredness and improve focus, mood, and learning in teenagers. It involves 434 secondary school students in Spain, who will try different types of active strategies like movement-based lessons, short activity breaks, and structured recess. The research aims to see if these active approaches work better than traditional, mostly seated classes for keeping students' minds sharp and engaged.
