Summary
This study tested a 7-session school program that taught environmentally friendly habits to 64 sixth graders. Half the students took part in the program plus six weeks of rhythmic exercise, while the other half did not. Researchers measured changes in environmental attitudes, recycling behaviors, and well-being. The goal was to see if such a program could make teens more eco-conscious and happier.
