NCT ID NCT06711926
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looked at how three different drinks—semi-skimmed milk, milk permeate, and water—affect hydration, thinking, and mood in healthy 9-11 year olds. Thirteen children took part in three morning sessions, each testing a different drink. Researchers measured urine, blood, and breath samples, along with computer-based thinking tasks and appetite. The goal was to find which drink keeps kids most hydrated and whether that helps them learn better.
