Summary
This study tests whether adding a second drug to a standard treatment can better reduce schizophrenia symptoms. Researchers will compare the combination against the standard drug alone in 90 adults with treatment-resistant schizophrenia. The goal is to see if the combination improves overall symptoms, especially negative symptoms like lack of motivation or social withdrawal.
