Summary
This study is testing how well the medication paliperidone works for adults with schizophrenia in Bangladesh. Researchers will follow 505 participants for 12 weeks to see if their symptoms improve and monitor any side effects. The study also measures how the treatment affects people's quality of life in real-world settings.
