Summary
This study is testing if switching stable schizophrenia patients from their daily oral medications to a monthly injection of paliperidone palmitate is effective. It will involve 120 adults whose symptoms are currently controlled with pills. Researchers will check if the injection helps maintain symptom control and improves patients' ability to function in daily life and social activities.
