Summary
This study will test how well the schizophrenia medication paliperidone works for adults in Bangladesh. Researchers will follow 505 participants for 12 weeks to see if their symptoms improve and monitor any side effects. The goal is to gather real-world data about this treatment's effectiveness and safety in this specific population.
