New drug aims to sharpen the mind in schizophrenia

Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called KYN-5356 can help improve thinking, memory, and concentration in adults with schizophrenia. About 150 participants will live in a clinic for about a month to receive either the drug or a placebo, alongside their regular medication. Researchers will measure changes in cognitive function and monitor safety to see if the drug is effective and well-tolerated.
