Summary
This study is testing a 6-week individual support program for the primary family caregivers of people with schizophrenia. The program provides education and teaches coping skills to help caregivers manage stress and feel more confident. Researchers want to see if this reduces the burden of care and improves the caregivers' own mental well-being.
