Summary
This study is testing a new questionnaire called ESSME that asks about a person's daily home and community environment. Researchers want to see if understanding these real-life factors helps improve care planning for adults with schizophrenia. The study involves 56 participants who will answer the questionnaire at home and have their progress tracked over six months.
