Summary
This study tested a new eye drop called SCH1 for treating acute infectious conjunctivitis (pink eye). Thirty adults with pink eye symptoms for less than 72 hours received either the eye drop or a placebo. The goal was to see if the drops could completely clear redness and discharge.
