New scar gel aims to smooth out raised scars in 90 days

Summary
This study tests a scar gel to see if it can prevent raised scars (hypertrophic scars) and improve scar appearance, hydration, and color. About 80 adults with recent scars (less than 30 days old) from C-sections, breast implants, or cuts will use the gel daily for 90 days. Doctors and participants will rate the results using a standard scar scale and questionnaires.
