This trial investigates whether adding neural mobilization—gentle nerve-gliding techniques—to standard scapulothoracic (shoulder blade) therapy can better reduce pain and improve function in people with cervicobrachialgia, a condition causing neck pain that radiates into the arm. Forty-four adults aged 30 to 50 with cervicobrachial pain will receive either scapulothoracic intervention alone or combined with neural mobilization.
