Summary
This study tested whether repositioning the shoulder blade (scapula) can reduce neck pain and improve movement in 78 adults with chronic neck pain and shoulder blade problems. Participants were randomly assigned to active, passive, or sham repositioning exercises. The goal was to see if these techniques could lower pain, increase range of motion, and improve body awareness. Results may offer a drug-free way to manage neck pain.
