Summary
This study tested two physical therapy techniques—scapular repeated contractions and hold-relax—in 66 people with frozen shoulder (stage 2). The goal was to see which method better reduced pain, improved range of motion, and eased daily disability. Participants had shoulder stiffness for 4-12 months and also had type 2 diabetes.
