Summary

This study looked at whether specific exercises for the shoulder blade (scapula) can improve how the collarbone (clavicle) moves in teenage girls. Forty healthy girls with no arm or leg injuries took part. The goal was to see if these exercises help with raising and lowering the collarbone.
