First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether combining motor control retraining with scapular stabilization exercises can reduce pain, improve strength, and enhance function in breastfeeding women with scapular dyskinesia (abnormal shoulder blade movement). The trial will enroll 34 participants who are at least 3 months postpartum and have shoulder or upper back pain during or after breastfeeding. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug approach to ease discomfort and improve daily activities.
