Summary
This study examines whether shoulder blade movement problems (scapular dyskinesia) are linked to an increased upper back curve (thoracic kyphosis) in adults with chronic nonspecific neck pain. Researchers will also see if these issues relate to shoulder disability. They will measure shoulder blade position, upper back curvature, and shoulder function in 150 participants aged 18 to 60.
