Summary
This study tested two different exercise programs for people with shoulder impingement syndrome, a common cause of shoulder pain. 51 adults were split into three groups: one did standard exercises, another added scapular PNF exercises, and the third added Blackburn stabilization exercises. The goal was to see which approach best reduced pain and improved shoulder function over six weeks.
