Summary
This study tested two different exercise programs—Blackburn stabilization and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)—in 51 adults with shoulder impingement syndrome. Participants did 18 sessions over six weeks, adding these exercises to a standard routine. The goal was to see which approach better reduced pain and improved shoulder function and movement.
