Summary
This study tests whether a 10-week stretching and strengthening program can improve posture and reduce pain in people with forward head posture and rounded shoulders. Fifty-six adults aged 20–40 will either do supervised exercises or a home-based self-exercise program. Researchers will measure changes in scapular position using 3D CT scans and track pain and function over three months.
