Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called ARO-ATXN2 in adults with spinocerebellar ataxia type 2 (SCA2), a rare genetic disorder that affects movement and coordination. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how it behaves in the body. Researchers will give a single dose to 36 participants (some receiving the drug, others a placebo) and monitor them closely.
