Summary

This is an early-stage study to test the safety and body's response to a new drug called ARO-ATXN2 for adults with spinocerebellar ataxia type 2 (SCA2). Thirty-six participants will receive either a single dose of the drug or a placebo and be closely monitored. The main goal is to understand if the drug is safe and how it moves through and affects the body.
