Summary

This study is testing whether an experimental injection called HM15912 is safe and can help adults with short bowel syndrome intestinal failure. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for up to 13 months to see if it improves how their bodies absorb nutrients. The goal is to see if this treatment can reduce the need for intravenous feeding in people with this serious digestive condition.
