New combo therapy targets hard-to-treat nose and throat cancer

Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people whose nasopharyngeal cancer has come back or spread. It combines two types of radiation with immunotherapy and chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this mix can control the cancer longer and with manageable side effects. About 148 adults with this specific cancer will take part.
