Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called SBO-154 in 177 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to or cannot tolerate standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. Researchers will also look for signs that the drug shrinks tumors.
