New hope drug enters first human testing for tough cancers

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called SBO-154 in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well the body tolerates the drug. Researchers will also check for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors or slow their growth.
