First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looked at how a new drug called SB17170 affects the way the body processes another drug, SB_MDZ, in 12 healthy adults aged 19 to 50. Participants took SB17170 and SB_MDZ in a fixed order, and researchers measured drug levels in the blood. The goal was to understand if SB17170 changes how SB_MDZ is absorbed and cleared, which helps guide safe use of these medicines together.
