First seen Jun 12, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 12, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding savolitinib to the standard drug osimertinib helps people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (EGFR mutation with MET amplification) live longer without their cancer growing. About 412 adults with incurable, advanced non-small cell lung cancer will receive either the drug combo or a placebo plus osimertinib. The goal is to see if the combination improves progression-free survival and is safe.
