Summary
This study tests whether drinking Saskatoon berry juice for a short time can help muscles recover after intense exercise. Researchers will measure changes in strength, muscle size, and soreness in 30 healthy adults aged 18 to 35. The goal is to see if this natural drink eases post-exercise muscle damage.
