Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called PLH-2301 in people aged 65 and older who have sarcopenia, a condition that causes muscle loss and weakness. Participants will take either a placebo or one of three doses of the drug daily for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug improves physical function, like walking speed and balance.
