Tracking recovery after major cancer surgery

Summary
This study aims to understand how different surgical techniques for removing complex abdominal tumors affect patients' recovery and quality of life. It will observe 120 patients who have had major surgery for retroperitoneal sarcoma, tracking complications and bowel function. The goal is to gather information to help surgeons make better decisions and improve future patient care.
