Summary
This study is creating a large, private registry of health information from people living with sarcoidosis. Participants answer surveys about their symptoms, diagnosis, treatments, and life with the disease, and can choose to link their medical records. The goal is to build a detailed picture of how sarcoidosis affects people over time to guide better research and care.
