Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called SAR445399 in 70 adults aged 18-80 with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis, a lung condition causing mucus buildup and infections. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces mucus plugs in the lungs after 24 weeks compared to a placebo. Participants must have had at least two lung infections requiring antibiotics in the past year.
