Summary
This study is creating and testing a chatbot called SANIDAD SEGURA to support healthcare workers who face aggression at work. The chatbot will provide information, guidance, and links to psychological and legal help. Researchers will test how easy it is to use and understand with 223 healthcare professionals from emergency and critical care units in Spain.
