Can walking in sand fix Kids' flat feet?

NCT ID NCT06955039

Summary

This study tested whether adding sand exercises to a standard routine could improve foot posture and balance in children with pronated (flat) feet. Twenty children aged 6-11 were split into two groups for an 8-week program. One group did exercises on sand, while the other did the same exercises on a regular floor, to see if the sand provided extra benefits.
