Summary

This study tests a new drug called samelisant in 240 people with narcolepsy (with or without cataplexy). The goal is to see if it reduces excessive daytime sleepiness and sudden muscle weakness episodes over 12 weeks. Participants will take either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will measure sleepiness, alertness, and quality of life.
