Summary
This study tested a program where people at community clinics in Bangkok could get tested for hepatitis C and start treatment on the same day. The goal was to see if this approach helps more people complete their treatment and get cured. The study involved 200 adults who tested positive for hepatitis C, including some with HIV. Results showed that same-day treatment can work well in community settings.
