Summary

This study tests whether adding salt water (sodium chloride 5%) eye drops to standard antibiotic treatment helps heal bacterial eye infections faster. Researchers want to see if it speeds up healing of the cornea, kills bacteria better, and improves eyesight. The study will involve 40 adults with bacterial keratitis, a serious eye infection.
