Summary
This study looks at what helps or hinders people with high blood pressure from cutting salt and boosting potassium. Researchers will test a new educational tool in 190 adults from two Singapore clinics. The goal is to see if the tool can lower sodium intake and improve blood pressure over 24 weeks.
