Summary
This study is testing a combination of two drugs for advanced salivary gland cancer that has spread or returned and cannot be treated with surgery or radiation. The treatment pairs a hormone-blocking therapy (ADT) with an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) to see if they work better together. It is for adults whose cancer tests positive for a specific marker called the androgen receptor.
