New Two-Pronged attack on rare head and neck cancer

Summary
This study is testing if combining a hormone-blocking therapy (androgen deprivation therapy) with an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) can help control advanced salivary gland cancer. It is for adults whose cancer has spread or returned, cannot be treated with surgery or radiation, and tests positive for a specific hormone receptor. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or stop growing from this combination treatment.
