Summary

This study tested a new method called SALFOAM 3% against the usual foam treatment (Tessari method) for varicose veins in the legs. 35 adults received one of the two treatments. The goal was to see if the new method closes veins better and causes less skin darkening. Results were checked with ultrasound at 30 days.
