Summary

This study is testing whether a special shared reading program helps toddlers develop better social skills and language. It involves 120 children, aged 11 to 36 months, in Swedish-speaking daycare centers in Finland. The program trains daycare staff to read picture books and lead discussions about emotions with small groups of children.
