New food ingredient BP-CBB put to the test in first human study

Summary

This study is the first time a new food ingredient, BP-CBB, is being tested in people. The goal is to check its safety and how well people tolerate taking it once a day. Sixty healthy adults aged 18 to 65 will take either BP-CBB or a placebo for a period of time. This study does not aim to treat or cure any disease, but to gather information for future research.
