New eye drops for pain pass first safety check in healthy volunteers

Summary
This early-stage study tests whether BL1332 eye drops are safe and tolerable for healthy adults aged 18 to 50. Researchers will give different strengths of the drops to 24 volunteers to find the highest safe dose. The goal is to prepare for future studies in people with eye pain.
