Summary

This study is testing a combination of two medicines, aztreonam and avibactam (ATM-AVI), to treat serious bacterial infections in newborns and infants up to 9 months old. The goal is to see how safe the drug is and how the body processes it. The study has two parts: first, a single dose to check safety, then multiple doses as treatment for confirmed or suspected infections.
