Radioactive drug targets Hard-to-Treat sarcoma in early trial

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new radioactive drug, [Ac225]-RTX-2358, in 30 adults with advanced soft tissue sarcoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. Participants receive the drug every 8 weeks for up to 6 cycles and are followed for 4 years.
