Summary
This study aims to monitor the safety of a high-dose flu vaccine (Efluelda Tetra) in adults aged 65 and older in South Korea. It will track any side effects or reactions that occur in the month following vaccination under normal doctor's office conditions. The goal is to gather real-world safety information after the vaccine has been approved for use.
