Summary
This study is looking at a new sedative called remimazolam for use during medical procedures like endoscopies. It focuses on older adults (65+) or those with significant health problems, who are at higher risk from standard sedatives. The goal is to see if this drug provides safer sedation with fewer drops in blood pressure, breathing issues, or confusion after the procedure.
